These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all clients (“you”, “your”) who purchase or use Products, Services, or information provided by Naturomind (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, booking consultations, or purchasing Products or Services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Website Terms of Use.
These documents govern the legal relationship between you and Naturomind in relation to the use of our Products and Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using our Site, Products, and Services.
By purchasing from us you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
DEFINITIONS
Business
Naturomind operates as a naturopathy and nutrition clinic offering telehealth services through its website.
Site
Our website and online platforms used to provide services or information.
Products
Products may include but are not limited to natural supplements, herbal medicines, creams or topical preparations, educational resources, and merchandise.
Services
Services may include but are not limited to naturopathic consultations, nutrition consultations, personalised treatment plans, and lifestyle or dietary advice.
Consultation
A telehealth or in-clinic appointment with a practitioner where health information, advice, and recommendations may be provided.
Treatment Plan
Recommendations based on the information you provide, which may include lifestyle guidance, nutrition advice, herbal medicine, supplements, or other complementary health recommendations.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Fees
Fees for consultations and services will be provided at the time of booking or upon request.
By booking a consultation or purchasing a Product you agree to pay the applicable fees, including consultation fees, product costs, postage and delivery fees, and cancellation or non-attendance fees where applicable.
Invoices will be provided for Products and Services.
Prices
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change at any time. However, once an order or booking has been confirmed, the price for that transaction will remain fixed unless otherwise stated.
GST
Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied in accordance with Australian taxation laws and will be displayed on invoices.
By accepting these Terms you agree to pay any applicable GST.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a $30 AUD non-refundable deposit is required to confirm consultation bookings. The remaining consultation fee must be paid before any treatment plan or product recommendations are provided.
We accept payments via Stripe, bank transfer, and credit card (excluding American Express and Diners Club).
REFUND POLICY
If you wish to request a refund, please submit a written request via email outlining the amount requested and the reason for the request.

Refund requests will be reviewed and a response provided within 30 days.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind. However, remedies will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
DISCLAIMER
Complementary Health Services
Services provided by Naturomind are complementary health services and are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
You should consult with your medical practitioner or other qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, particularly if you have a diagnosed medical condition, are taking prescription medications, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Naturomind does not guarantee any specific health outcomes or results, including the cure, treatment, or resolution of any disease or condition as a result of using our Products, Services, or recommendations.
Health outcomes vary between individuals and depend on many factors beyond our control.
Professional Advice Disclaimer
Advice provided during consultations is based on the information supplied by you and delivered within the practitioner’s scope of practice as a naturopath and nutrition practitioner.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naturomind excludes liability for any loss or damage including indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or costs associated with substitute products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees available under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the resupply of the service or replacement of the product where permitted by law.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Naturomind harmless against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, misuse of Products or Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
CONSULTATIONS
Bookings
Consultations are primarily conducted via telehealth using Zoom unless otherwise arranged.
A meeting link will be provided upon booking. You are responsible for accessing the consultation at the scheduled appointment time.
Telehealth Disclaimer
Telehealth consultations rely on internet connectivity and third-party technology platforms.
Naturomind is not responsible for technical disruptions, outages, or connectivity issues beyond our control that may impact consultations.
Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders may be sent approximately 48 hours before your scheduled appointment as a courtesy. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment.
Intake Forms
Clients will receive an intake form prior to their initial consultation. This form must be completed before the appointment. Failure to complete required forms may result in delays or cancellation of the consultation.
Cancellation or Failure to Attend
We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend will result in the $30 deposit being forfeited.
By booking a consultation you agree to this policy.
Consultation Refunds
Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Clients are encouraged to ask any questions regarding services prior to booking.
PRODUCTS
By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Some products may be supplied through third-party dispensary platforms which may require you to create an account and complete payment before products are shipped.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must take photographs of the damage and notify us as soon as possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch without charge.
However, if personalised or compounded products have already been prepared for you, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as they cannot be resold.
Product Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, opened or used products, products damaged by the customer, or personalised or compounded products made specifically for you.
If an order is incorrect, faulty, damaged, or subject to a recall, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
Product Recalls
If a product is recalled, we will contact affected clients and provide instructions to cease use and arrange replacement where applicable.
Allergies and Reactions
Some products may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, or other potential allergens.
Certain herbal medicines may also be contraindicated during pregnancy or with specific medical conditions.
It is your responsibility to review ingredient lists and ensure suitability before purchasing or consuming products.
Naturomind is not responsible for allergic or adverse reactions where ingredient information has been provided.
DISPUTES
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication before pursuing formal legal action.
