Our naturopathic and nutrition services specialise in supporting mental wellbeing, gut health, hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, and overall lifestyle optimisation. While these are our areas of focus, we can also support a range of other health conditions outside of these areas. Our approach is holistic and education-driven, helping you understand your body and make lasting, informed choices.

Not always. In naturopathy and nutrition consultations, supplements and herbal medicines are used only when appropriate to support your health goals and strengthen your body’s natural systems. All diet and lifestyle recommendations are included within the consultation price. Supplements and herbs are an additional cost, which can be discussed during your consultation. We take a minimal products approach, so we only recommend what is necessary to understand what’s working for you and what may need to change, ensuring your care is personalised and practical.

Everyone is different, and change is often non-linear — progress doesn’t always happen in a straight line. In naturopathy and nutrition, many clients notice improvements in energy, clarity, and wellbeing within weeks, while deeper hormonal, gut, or mental health changes take longer to stabilise. Inspired by the famous Shrek saying, humans are like onions — we have layers, and each layer of health develops at its own pace.

If you haven’t had a consultation with Courtney for 9 months or more, or haven’t been in contact during that time, a full new consultation will be required. This ensures all your information is accurate and up-to-date, taking into account changes in your health, lifestyle, and goals.

That’s completely fine. Our goal is to meet you where you are and provide practical, achievable guidance. Even small, consistent changes can have a big impact over time. While smaller changes may mean progress happens more gradually, every step contributes to long-term health and wellbeing — and you’ll still see meaningful results.
