During an Initial Consult:

Together, we dive into your presenting concern, aiming to find the root cause and create a plan according to best practice & your own goals. Questions may include presenting complaint, health history, diet, lifestyle factors, family history, medications, and any other relevant information.

Following, we will develop a bespoke treatment plan for you that may include, diet & lifestyle, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, supplements & more.

We may also send for further testing if necessary.

30 Minutes 2-4 Wks Later

During Second Consult

We will discuss your progress and review any changes/ results. Discuss any test results and continue investigating any areas missed within the first consult. We may refer for further testing or provide relevant referrals.

To conclude, we will consider all discussed in the session and make changes / updates to your treatment plan.

4-6 Weeks Apart or Further (variable) 15 - 45 minutes

From 3rd Appointment Onwards

We will discuss your progress and review any changes/ results. Together, we will reassess our goals for future treatment planning. To conclude, we will consider all discussed in the session and make changes/updates to your treatment plan.
