About Court
Hello! My approach is grounded in the understanding that health is layered, individual, and interconnected, especially when it comes to mental wellbeing.
I work from an include, not exclude philosophy, focusing on what can be added in to support nourishment, stability, and balance rather than rigid rules or restriction. Change doesn’t need to be rushed to be effective. We focus on steady, meaningful shifts that build confidence and resilience over time.
Education is central to everything I do. My role is to guide and support; not to create dependence. Clients leave with practical tools, understanding, and clarity so they can continue to support their health independently.
Care is always approached with compassion and without judgement. Health and wellbeing are not defined by weight, size, or appearance, and support should always respect the physical, mental, and emotional experience of each individual.
Working as Part of Your Health Team
Care at NaturoMind is designed to support mental health and wellbeing as part of your broader healthcare team. Services are intended to complement medical and psychological care, with collaboration and referrals made where appropriate.
This approach ensures care is ethical, supportive, and aligned — recognising that the best outcomes often come from working together.
My Approach
She is a degree-qualified naturopath and a final-year nutrition student with a strong focus on mental health, recognising that food, the nervous system, and lived experiences are deeply interconnected. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and is in the final stages of completing a separate Bachelor of Nutrition, which together underpin her evidence-informed, education-led approach to care. She is also currently undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Neuroscience to deepen her understanding of how the brain and nervous system influence health and behaviour.
She views food as more than fuel. Food represents culture, connection, memory, comfort, and belonging, and plays a powerful role in how individuals relate to themselves and others. For this reason, her approach to nutrition is never centred on restriction or rigid rules. Instead, it is grounded in education, inclusion, and practicality.
Rather than focusing on what needs to be removed, she works from a “what can we include?” perspective, supporting nourishment, balance, and understanding in a way that integrates into real life. She believes food should support wellbeing, not create fear, guilt, or disconnection.
Education is central to her practice. Her goal is to empower clients with the knowledge and skills to understand their own bodies and make informed choices with confidence. She does not believe in long-term dependence on protocols, products, or practitioners, but in building self-trust, autonomy, and lifelong health literacy.
When appropriate, she incorporates evidence-informed herbal medicine and targeted supplementation to support the body, always with the intention of strengthening internal systems rather than creating reliance. Supplements are used as a tool, not a permanent solution.
Her work is not focused on quick fixes or short-term outcomes. It is about creating a strong foundation for health that feels sustainable, supportive, and realistic, so that what clients learn and build continues well beyond their sessions.
